I've been the director of Basecamp since we began in 2022, I'm also a local mum of two daughters, so I really understand how important it is for parents and carers to have reliable childcare in place, and certainty that their child(ren) are safe, happy and well looked after; this is what we provide at Basecamp, where we're passionate about play and serious about fun!

Before and after school and during school holidays, our experienced and enthusiastic team of childcare professionals take a child-led approach to create an enriching environment at our secure and enclosed location at The Bridge, where children have the freedom to play, rest, read, explore, be creative, and during term time benefit from a change of surroundings after a long day at school.

At Basecamp parents and carers can be confident that their child(ren) will enjoy the time they spend with us, that we'll do as much as we can to accommodate parents' and carers' requirements with completely flexible booking options, and because we're a childcare provider with purpose, offer more affordable fees by operating as not-for-profit.
